- I got my drivers license. I was so excited. I couldn't wait to drive.
- I started working my first job at McDonalds, which I almost got fired from because my ex-boyfriend came through the drive thru with his "New" girlfriend to get ice cream cones. Needless to say I was a little upset that he would do that so I filled the bottom of their cones with salt and then made the ice cream on top of the salt. A few minutes later they came back and he was FURIOUS! My manager made me hide in the back and after he left they had to have a big meeting with all the bosses to decide if they should let me keep my job or not. It all worked out in the end and they let me stay. If I had it to do all over again.....?..... Yeah, I would do it the same way. My only regret......I didn't get to see them actually bite into the salt cone.
10 Years.........
- I was married and had two kids. DJ was 5 years old and Destrey was 2 years old.
- I quit my job working at Albertsons to start working as my Dad's secretary at the Boilermakers Union Hall. It was a big change from what I was used to but I really enjoyed the challenge.
5 Years........
- Let's see, 5 years ago must have been pretty boring because I can't think of anything. The kids would have been 10 and 7.
- Dallas was probably working in Las Vegas. He spent 8 months there. I was still working for the Boilermakers.
1 Year..........
- We built a house in Eagle Mountain.
- The kids had to change schools. DJ started Willow Creek Middle School and Destrey went to Pony Express Elementary.
This Year.......
- I was laid off from my job at the Boilermakers.
- Travis had his kidney transplant on September 16th!
Yesterday.........
- I took Travis' kids to the hospital to see him.
Today.....
- Going to pick up Bailey and Jackson from daycare.
- Watch DJ's football game tonight.
Tomorrow.....
- I will probably go visit Travis at the hospital.
I tag Anne, Lisa and Cassie.
